Learn the Basics of Snorkeling

Learn proper snorkeling techniques, how to use your snorkeling gear properly and get the most out of your experience in the water.
Price $50.00 includes snorkeling manual. Prerequisite: None.

Advanced Snorkeling

Advanced Snorkeling Skills and Diving

Develop proper diving skills and become more confident in the water. Learn advanced snorkeling techniques and skills to maximize your experience.
Price $50.00 Prerequisite: Snorkeling basics.

Try Scuba Program

Try Scuba in the Safety of Our Pool

Receive an introduction to scuba diving and experience the joys of diving. A certified scuba instructor will introduce you to the gear, teach you some basic skills in the pool, and you will actually experience scuba diving in a controlled environment.
Price $50.00 Prerequisite: None.

Snorkeling Basics, Advanced Snorkeling, and Try Scuba Program

This combination offers the most experience. Each program builds on the knowledge gained previously. Price includes the use of all snorkeling gear, a snorkeling manual for you to keep, and a diploma. Snorkeling gear can be purchased but is not required. If you choose to purchase gear, we recommend you wait until after you have the opportunity to use and learn about the gear.

Open Water Certification

Become a Scuba Diver

Academic and Pool Training

The academic portion is a home study program with instructor(s) interaction. This is followed by pool lessons teaching the skills necessary for certification. Choose from convenient locations to complete the pool training portion. Includes free use of all scuba gear needed to complete the pool portion.
Price $270.00 includes open water diver manual, dive table, log book, dive sticker, and carrying packet.

Open Water Check-out Dives (4 dives)

The check-out dive portion can be completed in one of two ways:

Option 1

Four open water dives in area lakes. An instructor leads you through the skills you have learned and applies them in actual dive situations. Includes free use of all scuba gear needed to complete the open water portion.
Price $180.00

Option 2

You may opt for a referral form, proving you completed all the academics and pool skills, and then complete your four check-out dives at a tropical location. This is a very popular option during the winter months. The price is determined by the dive shop at tropical location.
Typical range $175.00 - $250.00.
